Quasi Skateboards accepts returns on all unused and unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all hardware and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring decks are protected and apparel is folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of use or mounting, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
